About Me

Despite my graduation from elite athletics, the athlete in me is far from gone. I was a competitive softball player of 10 years and fortunate enough to have professional coaches, strength coaches, trainers, and nutritionists by my side for much of the time helping me become fit and healthy in a way that would lead to optimal performance on the field.

I received an athletic scholarship out of high school to pitch for the Stanford Cardinal and proudly wore the jersey for four years. D1 athletics is close to a full-time job with more than 30 hours of dedication per week including practice, weight training, conditioning, travel, and competition. It was a "job" I loved doing and I'm extremely fortunate to have had the opportunity to play a sport I loved every day.

During my four years at Stanford, I picked up a number of training techniques, conditioning variations, and health recommendations and have continued to live a fit and healthy lifestyle even without the professional trainers pushing me each day.

Fitness and nutrition are major passions of mine and this is my place to share the training tricks and health tips I learned as an elite athlete. I hope I can teach and inspire some of you to lead and maintain a healthy lifestyle!
